The Female Persuasion provides a powerful blend of leadership training, mentorship, life skills, and transformational experiences designed to help young women and girls grow into who they are becoming.

MentHER Circle Mentorship Program

A year-round leadership experience that helps young women build confidence, communication skills, professional presence, and real world leadership abilities. Participants learn how to make strong decisions, speak with clarity, and lead with intention.

Life Skills & Personal Development Workshops

Workshops designed to teach the skills every young woman deserves to know emotional intelligence, financial basics, time management, healthy boundaries, self-awareness, and personal confidence.

eMERGE Leadership Academy

A year-round leadership experience that helps young women build confidence, communication skills, professional presence, and real-world leadership abilities. Participants learn how to make strong decisions, speak with clarity, and lead with intention.

Career & Workforce Readiness

Interactive sessions focused on preparing young women for their next chapter. Resume building, interview prep, professional etiquette, job exploration, and entrepreneurship basics help them step confidently into the workforce.

The eMERGE Retreat

Transformational weekend retreats that give girls space to reflect, reconnect, and recharge. Through confidence coaching, leadership sessions, wellness activities, and sisterhood circles, participants return home grounded, inspired, and ready to eMERGE.

Social & Networking Events

Throughout the year, we host events that build sisterhood, community, and opportunity from networking brunches and panel discussions to confidence pop-ups, college tours, and service projects.
